Session timetable

Important information

All children aged under 11 years old must have a responsible adult (16 or over) remain on the premises where their session is taking place for the duration of the session.

We are affiliated to Swim England/British Swimming, Devon County Amateur Swimming Association and Swim England South West.

Every swimmer at the club must be a club member and also be a member of Swim England. This membership ensures insurance coverage and allows swimmers to compete.

The club membership and financial year runs from 1st September to 31st August. There is a one off, £10 joining fee charged to all new members.

All club fees will be collected monthly using Active Swim Manager and parents and members are requested to register for the new membership year by 30th September each year. The club fees are reviewed annually.

Any swimmer who has not renewed their membership by that date will not be permitted to swim.

Swim England registration fees (separate to club fees) are charged per calendar year and collected when first joining and annually thereafter in January.

A swimmer who is already registered with Swim England does not have to pay Swim England registration when transferring to a new club. A reduced club membership subscription is available to those joining NASWPC as a second club.

The club takes a short break from training every Christmas, Easter and for 2 weeks in August.  We also do not train on bank holidays. Your fees are calculated annually and include these breaks with payments being equally split over 12 months for convenience.
